How do I sign up?
You can create a Radford Connection account by visiting connect.radford.edu and clicking on the “New User Registration” link below the log in area.
Why do you ask for my birthdate?
We require our alumni and friends to provide their birthdate to ensure that we can accurately identify you in our system. This is important as you use Radford Connection to update your contact information with Radford University.
I forgot my Radford Connection password. What do I do now?
No problem. Simply click on the “Forgotten password” link below the log in area. You will then be prompted to enter your email, and you will receive instructions on how to recover your log in information. For additional assistance, you can email advserv@radford.edu.
How do I make a gift?
Visit https://connect.radford.edu/give. If you would like to make a gift by phone, please call (540) 831-5407.
Why does it take up to two business days to process my registration request?
We have a manual verification process that our staff tends to on a daily basis. We receive several requests each day, and we try our best to process these registrations in a timely manner. Users do not need to wait for the registration request to be processed before they can register for events and make a gift.
How can I update my contact information?
You can log in to Radford Connection by visiting https://connect.radford.edu and then click on “My Profile” from the left menu.
