Please join us in keeping Bridgett's memory alive by contributing to the Bridgett J. Oliver Memorial Scholarship in nursing. Bridgett Oliver was a 21-year-old Radford University senior honors nursing major who was scheduled to graduate in May 2017. She had a deep passion to become a labor and delivery nurse, and had already accepted a job at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Tragically, Bridgett was in a fatal car accident on March 31, 2017. She is survived by her parents William and Teresa.

Bridgett was described by her parents as a good kid who cared about everyone. She always went above and beyond, and most importantly, she was always there to help others. Radford University School of Nursing Director Tony Ramsey said, "Bridgett made a tremendous impact on the honors nursing program and was looking forward to a career where she could serve the needs of others."

This page is to help raise money to start an endowed memorial scholarship that will honor Bridgett's memory and help future students who share her passion for labor and delivery nursing. As Bridgett's father William said, "Since she can't do her work and pursue her passion, this scholarship will offer support for another student who can."

Please join us in keeping Bridgett's memory alive by providing scholarship support to deserving students pursuing a career as a labor and delivery nurse.
