Radford University Richmond Alumni Cooking Class: From Chrusties to Crostini’s

Join Radford University Alumna Laura Payne at Mise En Place and learn to transform a Radford favorite, the Chrustie, to a more sophisticated post-college appetizer. In this hands-on class, you will finally learn to make Chrusties that will rival Chancey’s and enjoy them before midnight. You also will learn to make crostini, the perfect treat for your next Radford gathering. Wine pairings will be sampled. Laura is an accomplished personal chef and she regularly teaches at Mise En Place. Space is limited! Reservation link can be found below!
